Matthew joined the Cambridge office in January 2019 and has over 20 years of experience in the transport sector, specialising in the preparation and management of transport assessments and travel plans for a variety of developments. He’s also a member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation.
Working closely with clients on the preparation of transport and accessibility advice for development proposals, Matthew focuses on transport reports (to accompany planning applications), proofs of evidence for local development plan inquiries, and master planning.
He has extensive experience in the assessment of a range of development schemes across the south and east of England, including technical transport modelling of development proposals, assessment of site access and accessibility, liaison with key stakeholders, and preparation for and attendance at public exhibitions.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys reading, doing a bit of DIY around the house, and spending time with his family.
