Known to be a great communicator, she’s experienced and skilled in engaging with the people behind the heavy processes within utility companies—she prides herself on being able to translate the technical detail to clients, understanding their need for clarity and simplicity, and removing the complex jargon to enable clients to reach fully-informed strategic decisions. Leah is also a spokesperson for diversity in the industry, being a neurodivergent woman herself.
Outside of work, Leah is a competitive(ish) powerlifter and a lover of nature.
