Over the years, Akshat has gathered experience working around the globe in diverse geographies such as the United Kingdom, Middle East (Qatar), India, United States, South Korea, and East Asia. His work is equally varied, consisting of risk management, project management, internal audit, process engineering, and operations.
Akshat has proven cross-functional skills in large-scale capital asset projects in infrastructure, renewable energy, chemical process and materials, metal and mining, and precision manufacturing. He’s interested in risk management—enterprise risk management, risk governance, and developing risk processes and documentation—and is a member of the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) and the Association of Project Management (APM).
In his spare time, Akshat enjoys travelling to places with fascinating history, exploring local culture, and sampling the cuisine—his favourite place to visit is Kyoto, Japan. He also likes watching cricket and tennis matches.
