With more than 16 years of experience, Manu has worked on a range of transport strategies and assessments at a variety of locations throughout the United Kingdom. Her training and experience as an architect and urban planner have given her a robust understanding of the urban design aspect of transport infrastructure and its implications.
Manu’s work has encompassed master planning and design, transport modelling at a strategic and local level, and managing complex projects within different policy contexts. Her work is particularly focused on encouraging active travel, using transport strategies as a means of enhancing health and well-being, and urban regeneration. Manu is also focused on impact assessments for residential and commercial developments, impact assessments for traffic and public transport surrounding new developments, and the planning and design of transport facilities.
Outside of work, Manu enjoys spending time with her family and dog, Kenji. She also likes travelling, exploring the English countryside, and cooking or trying different cuisines.
