Min regularly works on complex, technical projects as part of our multidisciplinary office in central London. He has expertise in all aspects of building services, with specialist knowledge in electrical engineering. He’s worked on large-scale mixed-use developments and data centres as well as commercial, education, industrial, high-end residential, and heritage and listed buildings—notably museums and galleries.
As an associate director of our Buildings Engineering group, Min leads the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) team on projects in the healthcare sector around London and the South East. Efforts have included cancer wards and ventilation and air handling unit upgrades for clients such as Guys and St Thomas Hospital.
Min’s other notable projects include a £20 million ($26 million) refurbishment residential scheme at Selsdon Way, an £18 million ($23 million) scheme for Wandsworth Council, a new SEND school at Broadwater Road, and residential projects for Mansfield Council. Based in London and living in Cambridge, he is passionate about expanding expand our current MEP team to work on more opportunities across London, the South East, and East.
