As a planning director in our Community Development group, Greg has experience advising public and private clients on planning and consultation strategies across most development sectors. His work extends from the promotion of major housing schemes and town centre regenerations to the delivery of education, commercial, and infrastructure projects. He also coordinates multidisciplinary teams, conducts environmental impact assessments, and helps achieve negotiated planning permissions. Additionally, he has served as an expert witness and given evidence at public inquiries, development plan examinations, and the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).
Greg has extensive experience of leading major projects such as the Birkenhead Town Centre regeneration. He orchestrated and managed the public consultation process including the creation of a pop-up shop for the public, presentations to members, and targeted meetings (face to face and online) with interest groups, stakeholders, and the media.
At home, Greg is generally running around after his two young children. When not busy with them, you’ll find him on the road either cycling or running as far as he can!
