A strong proponent for low-carbon, sustainable design, Jonathan leads a civil and structural engineering team. He specialises in delivering building design projects using the latest building information modelling tools, computational design techniques, and design standards.
Jonathan’s forward-thinking team of structural engineers have worked on projects including universities and schools, science and engineering research facilities, high-tech office buildings, defence facilities, and restoration work on various listed structures. He brings his passion for low-carbon structures and computational/parametric engineering to the conceptual design of his projects, setting a course for successful delivery. Through his work, he’s developed a specialty for the investigation and remediation of reinforcement corrosion, investigating and remediating aging reinforced concrete structures to safeguard their future.
In addition to his project work, Jonathan is an active member of the construction community. He’s delivered presentations for the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Institution of Structural Engineers and is very outspoken on sustainable development issues.
