Alicia is a sustainability consultant with a focus on communications, and environmental social governance (ESG) reporting and strategy. Her experience is in energy, engineering, infrastructure, environment, and community development.
Alongside environmentalists, climate analysts, and social value consultants, she works on market and competitor analysis, climate change strategies, risks and recommendations for community development projects across a range of industries. She helps shape narratives to communicate complex, technical details to a diverse range of audiences.
She started her career in the Middle East as a newspaper journalist and features writer. Alicia has spent most of her life in the Middle East and personally felt the impact of extreme heat on cities, land, and people. As the summers get hotter, and weather becomes more unpredictable, she never wants to battle 50+ degrees Celsius temperatures in the UK.
Outside work, Alicia volunteers at an onshore windfarm and solar park, and spends her time hiking, running, and exploring her home city of Bristol.
