Drawing on over 30 years of experience in the property industry Tim excels at engaging with clients during positioning, bidding, and delivery stages of projects. He’s worked in the transport, civil, and building engineering areas of construction and has technical knowledge of front-end planning and development activities in the land and property market.
As a bid director, Tim leads the strategic direction of bidding from our London office and maintains a hands-on approach with direct involvement in the development of capture, bidding, and commercial stages. He plays a key role in the development of client management plans and identifying growth strategies for a number of sectors including education, defence, local government, and highway infrastructure. He’s also an experienced framework director and understands the opportunity and gained from a collaborative approach to framework agreements.
When he isn’t overseeing bidding efforts, Tim is on the road training other motorbike riders in advanced riding techniques.
