As part of our Development Economics team, Robert has worked on a range of projects dealing with the need for general housing, specialist housing, and industrial and logistics floorspace. He brings six years of prior experience from the Environment, Infrastructure and Local Growth team at the Centre for Economics and Business Research (Cebr). His work there spanned local and regional development, rail, maritime, environment, and telecommunications.
Robert understands that economics is a powerful ally in making the case for improved housing policy. Recently, he’s been working on a housing need report and proof of evidence for a large development in the East of England. He regularly develops local assessments of specialist housing need for older people.
When he’s not working with housing needs, Robert enjoys board gaming with friends and family, playing golf, and baking.
