Ileana is a healthcare architect with extensive experience in the design of large, complex teaching hospitals. She has been involved in several P3 hospital schemes from design to construction. Her particular focus on the initial concept and preliminary design phases has given her insight into the user consultation process.
Ileana has worked for architectural practices in the United Kingdom, France, Italy and Greece, prior to her employment at Stantec, allowing her to gain a broad perspective of the healthcare industry across Europe. She has worked on healthcare projects throughout Europe and the Middle East.
Recent projects include multi award winning South West Acute Hospital and Tunbridge Wells Hospital at Pembury—England’s first 100% single bedroom NHS hospital.
