Our team of multidisciplinary engineers and specialists serve clients in the education, residential, and commercial sectors. One of our local projects of note was The Mercian, a 42-storey building combining 481-apartments exclusively for rent and communal space. Our MEP team coordinated off-site manufacture using our detailed MEP design to support a right-first-time approach to the construction of this landmark development by Moda Living.
