Water Futures +1 – Water Energy and Agriculture to 2035

In 2017, Stantec published Water Futures: Water, Energy & Agriculture to 2035. Formed of eight essays, its purpose was to develop fresh thinking – exploring the critical uncertainties, challenges, and opportunities for global water security and the water industry.

We revisit this work to see if the foresights and scenarios raised in the book are becoming more present in observations seen in the communities where we live, and/or in the impacts we are experiencing at a global level.
