Andrew brings his clients’ aspirations to life by crafting solutions to complex transport problems associated with development projects. Drawing on a depth of experience in integrating transport and land development, he supports thriving communities with his work. Tying it all into the resource management planning framework, Andrew carries out transport assessments that reduce risks and tell the story to clients, the public, and decision-makers.
Having been heavily involved in transport engineering design and planning for urban growth areas in greater Christchurch, Andrew has worked on projects within his home city. He recently consulted on the award-winning Wigram Skies development, which includes residential, town centre, and industrial areas. For this transport network masterplan, Andrew provided modelling, design, assessment, and expert evidence. His work also included consenting, road safety advice, and detailed design of new and upgraded infrastructure.
When he’s not working on meaningful community projects, Andrew keeps busy with his young daughter. And he loves having a few active hobbies on the go, whether that’s touch rugby, tennis, or mountain biking.
