Christchurch (Gloucester Street) Ōtautahi
Christchurch’s central city has seen many changes over the past decade. Post-earthquake, the CBD was not only rebuilt, but revived, into a fresh, lively hub that’s beloved by locals and tourists alike.
Located a stone’s throw from charming New Regent Street, our Gloucester Street office is right in the heart of the city. Our local team is proud to have contributed to some of Christchurch’s most iconic buildings: Canterbury Museum, The Court Theatre, and Christchurch Town Hall. These landmark civic projects are special to our city’s culture, communities, and our team. As locals ourselves, we’re passionate about everything the garden city has to offer.
Skilled across a range of buildings services, from fire protection to hydraulics to mechanical engineering, our Gloucester Street team collaborates with clients, architects, project managers, and invested parties to design buildings that fit user needs. We work across many sectors; our track record spans healthcare, sustainability, sports and recreation, residential and hospitality, education, retail, and more.
We’re not only proud to serve the Ōtautahi community with important projects, we’re part of it—and we’re dedicated to helping it thrive.
