Emblem 120

Just north of Boston in Woburn, Emblem 120 is a new multifamily community developed by Toll Brothers Apartment Living. Our Branding and Interiors teams collaborated on a cohesive design for the property that is anchored in the tagline “Made for the Journey”—honoring both the town’s history as a manufacturing hub while acknowledging its commuter-centric location.

From the floor plan to the artwork, our design supports the brand’s themes of craft and travel. Every detail, from custom wall coverings to bespoke door handles and books chosen for the library, has a subtle travel story to tell. Leaning into the concept, interior spaces are filled with classic, crafted details paired with a modern sense of luxury. A monumental stair forged out of blackened steel and natural white oak greets residents and guests alike. 

Amenities include a club room with an art wall displaying stories of explorers, a sunken living room with an  indoor/outdoor fireplace, a catering kitchen, and a two-level fitness center. Designed for flexibility, an operable glass wall system can combine indoor space and the outdoors. As well, many interior spaces have dual functions from co-working to cocktail hour, using sliding doors that allow for both social and solitary experiences.

The branded experience sets the property apart and connects residents with an authentic story that honors New England’s hardworking history while embracing its modern momentum.
