Offering our environmental services for over 80 gas stations in the United States
We provide environmental services for Sunoco’s retail gas stations throughout Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, and Iowa. These services involve: reviewing available site information, determining technical options for attaining site closure, running probabilistic Cost to Close (CTC) models, and supporting client initiatives toward obtaining cost cap insurance. Features of our lump-sum CTC approach include scheduled and managed site remediation, improved management of environmental liability reserves, guaranteed costs for obtaining regulatory closure, and options for property redevelopment and/or sale.
We've developed a web portal that supports project management activities such as tracking project milestones, accounts, changes in work scope, and communication logging, and automates the insertion of real-time data from other sources (laboratory, monitoring stations) into templates for reports. Collectively, these features improve the overall quality of service delivery for the client by introducing significant project management cost efficiencies and maintaining up-to-date information for the numerous programs ongoing at individual sites.
