For Casey, her role in sales isn’t about leads or KPIs—key performance indicators—it’s about creating a relationship with a client that accomplishes their goal and enhances a community.
Her philosophy is that no project exists in a vacuum, therefore she focuses on being a strategic thinker and creative partner. She values building trust through collaboration and listening intently to her clients and her team. Casey leads all facets of business development and marketing for our North America Top 20 pursuits, including managing the pursuit process, leading client SWOT, and competitor analyses, proposal management, interview coaching, and strategic campaigns.
Away from work, you’ll find Casey outside enjoying the vast public lands of Nevada, hiking and camping with her husband and daughter, or volunteering for a wildlife conservation organization. She also loves to explore other parts of the US and visit family in New England.
