Eric brings his experience in all phases of design, documentation and construction, consultant coordination, and quality control/quality assurance. His expertise spans a range of building types with a recent focus on municipal transit maintenance and operations facilities.
Using his aptitude for architectural software, Eric creates dynamic and lasting designs. His expertise includes BIM, 3D modeling, AutoCAD drafting and design, professional computer rendering, and graphic or layout applications. Eric is currently engaged in the Intercity Transit Pattison Bus Operations & Maintenance Facility in Olympia, WA, where the design team allocated portions of the site for future electrical charging or hydrogen fueling technologies. He is driven by a passion for molding young minds and mentoring the next generation of architects.
Outside of the office, Eric is an active member of AIA and Transit Alliance and coaches for Rapids Youth Soccer. He loves spending quality time with his son and embracing the live concert experience—his favorite being Phish and Santana in France.
