As a senior mechanical engineer, Earl uses a project management framework that includes critical tasks affecting both risk management and project quality. With this focus on reviewing quality assurance and control, he evaluates and resolves issues in both design and construction. Experienced in several sectors, Earl is a go-to for logistical projects at Stantec, where he is known for his energizing teamwork and collaboration. Earl has participated in load calculations, air quality compliance, pneumatic and direct digital control systems, lifecycle cost analysis, energy modeling, and more.
In addition to his experience as a senior mechanical engineer, Earl offers on-site construction interfacing, system start-up and balancing, and commissioning services—which includes being a commissioning authority. He will validate that all his engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with established policies and objectives.
