John, with over 37 years of experience in transportation engineering, joined Stantec in 2015 after a successful career with the New Jersey Turnpike Authority. He was responsible for the design, planning, and construction support of many regionally significant roadway improvement projects.
For John, “It isn’t only roads and bridges; it’s quality of life, service plazas for the traveling public, support facilities needed for toll-related roads, as well as the movement of goods and services. Transportation is the industry where we as engineers and planners can best serve the general public in and out of their cars.”
John has been recognized by the North Jersey Branch of ASCE for his leadership and teambuilding abilities, as well as his strong advocacy for regional transportation-related projects. He currently serves as the vice-chairman of his city’s planning board, where he focuses on promoting smart re-development and rectifying suburban sprawl and industrial growth deficiencies.
