Having joined Geelong’s Civil team as a civil designer, Jack has gained valuable experience in a wide range of commercial and residential land development projects—stormwater design, water-sensitive urban design, and community development. Now, he brings that experience to his role as a project manager on infrastructure projects. He’s fortunate to have worked as a superintendent on a quarry rehabilitation for Gen Fyansford, a multi-stage land development in Geelong.
Jack has taken up the role of national lead for the Developing Professionals Group (DPG) after being a Victorian committee member for a year. Since joining the DPG, he has rapidly expanded his professional network and has worked with people from different states and disciplines. He’s also been able develop his public speaking skills which were pretty ordinary coming out of university.
When Jack’s not managing projects or volunteering his time with the DPG, he enjoys playing golf and passionately following the Richmond Football Club. Otherwise, you will find him teaching his dog Freya new tricks at the park.
