With over 17 years’ experience, Eleanor is a senior project manager conducting ecological resource assessments, permitting, as well as mitigation site selection, design, and monitoring, and construction oversight for both public and private clients. Her experience is focused on environmental program management for large public and private utilities, including offshore and onshore renewable energy projects.
Eleanor’s technical experience spans the project life cycle from routing and siting, through natural resource assessments and agency coordination, right through to construction oversight and compliance monitoring. She successfully leads large, diverse teams of experts and subconsultants responsible for these environmental analyses and state and federal permitting support activities.
In her time away from work, Eleanor enjoys as much time outdoors as possible sharing her passion for the environment with her kids. She also helps with other environmental initiatives, such as serving on the Mid-Atlantic Audubon board working on critical habitat conservation.
