David is the office lead for Waterloo, a water resources engineer, and a surface water team lead who has undertaken and successfully completed a wide range of projects.
He holds over a decade of experience in hydraulic and hydrologic modeling studies, stormwater management design, floodplain analyses, hydraulic analysis of culverts and bridges, erosion and sedimentation control design and analyses, chloride impact assessments, and drainage design for roadways.
His passion is sports—most of all hockey, and he draws on that passion to become active within the community. When the office gets involved in charitable initiatives, David is right there participating and helping to coordinate our efforts.
