Karin has more than 20 years of experience delivering solutions in environmental investigation, remediation, and due diligence. She’s recognized as a subject matter expert in environmental chemistry and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and provides technical expertise in vapor intrusion (VI), monitored natural attenuation (MNA), and data validation evaluations.
With experience providing reliable data and technical solutions, Karin has leveraged advocacy for a variety of manufacturing, utility, mining, and energy sector clients. She develops and implements strategic data collection and evaluation plans to reduce client liabilities, minimize long-term costs, and achieve site closure. She’s familiar with navigating the USEPA Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), RCRA, and state-led programs.
Of personal note, Karin has taught chemistry in Tanzania as a Peace Corps volunteer and is currently rehabilitating a 1922 bungalow. She enjoys cycling, volleyball, camping, and exploring genealogy research in her spare time.
