Photo of Evan

Evan is the sector lead for our Community Development team in Philadelphia. He works with private development, K-12, higher education, and non-profit clients throughout the region on projects ranging from small developments and park revitalizations to large campus mapping efforts and place-making opportunities. He also has a deep background in the development of stormwater management programs and application of stormwater management best practices.

Solving problems for clients is Evan’s passion—whether it’s by finding a good partner with a shared vision for a non-profit, connecting them to other Stantec services, or just walking them through a project process. Evan worked extensively on athletic facility upgrades at Drexel University’s Vidas Athletic Complex and also led our engineering work on Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School’s new campus in North Philadelphia, a winner of the General Building Contractors Association (GBCA) Best Educational Institution Project.

Evan is a board member of the Community Design Collaborative and is passionate about giving back to his alma mater, the University of Delaware (UD). He’s a past president of the UD Philadelphia Alumni Club, a board member of the Alumni Association, and a member of the UD Alumni Engineer Association. He does not own a car, has two bikes, and is the proud holder of a well-worn SEPTA key card.
