Joanna is a chartered Chemical Engineer by trade whose career has progressed into business transformation and asset management. Today, as a managing consultant, she works with clients to improve processes and change behaviours that result in effective change and transformation projects.
Working with our team in Edinburgh, Joanna believes that psychological safety is imperative, to allow everyone to feel included, ask questions, contribute ideas, and challenge others. This includes providing environments where neurodivergent individuals can flourish. Joanna has 24 years of experience in business transformation, managing change, asset management, and business improvement predominantly in the UK water industry. She lived in Dunedin, New Zealand for three years and advised local councils on creating ten-year business plans accounting for asset depreciation.
At home, Joanna can be found being a taxi for her two teenage children or walking her Bichon Frise dog.
