If it involves flowing water, chances are, this guy knows how to model it. With a background in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, Zach has taken his knowledge of drainage and flood control and applied it to a diverse project portfolio in transportation and water/wastewater infrastructure. But it isn’t a stroke of luck that’s led to these opportunities—his team members recognize his passion for applying his expertise and volunteering his time to projects that truly matter.
Driven by a commitment to helping others, Zach always seeks to make a positive impact with his work. Whether it’s giving back through Engineers without Borders on a rodeo arena project, donating to AZ Hope and Future, or mentoring budding engineers through the ASCE Young Members Forum Mentor Program at ASU, he always finds a way to help his community.
Some of the projects Zach recently completed include Flood Control District of Maricopa County task orders and transportation projects like Valley Metro and the City of Tempe’s Streetcar and Laughlin/Bullhead International Airport’s Stormwater Drainage Masterplan.
