In a surveying career that has already taken him from the Northern Territory to Victoria, Chris has experience that spans the construction, mining, and energy industries. Working for five years in the Northern Territory, he developed a specific skillset for working in remote locations as well as working on various large infrastructure projects in a lead capacity.
Since moving back to Victoria, Chris has worked on all facets of land surveying from simple feature and level surveys to wind farm construction projects and high precision engineering surveys. Inspired to become a surveyor when he read The Great Arc in high school—a book about the trigonometric survey of India—he is currently completing his training to become a licensed surveyor.
When he’s not contributing to large infrastructure projects, Chris enjoys fishing, mountain biking, hiking, and spending time with his two young kids and his partner.
