Jared applies an integrated approach to design and planning. He works alongside clients to establish a cohesive planning and design experience through his logical and concise approach to problem solving.
Having worked on over 100 maintenance facility projects across North America (including the LA Metro Division 14 Light Rail Operations and Maintenance facility and the Minneapolis Metro Transit Heywood II Bus Operations and Maintenance facility) for civic, transit, and education clients, Jared brings an in-depth perspective of facility planning, programming, facility functional design, and preparation of equipment requirements and specifications.
An avid sports fan, Jared spends his free time watching college football and basketball and is a staunch competitor in March Madness and fantasy football. He’s such a fan that he and his wife took the trip of a lifetime to Scotland to watch the Open Championship golf tournament at the Old Course at St. Andrews.
