She holds a PhD from the University of Sydney, specializing in cost-benefit analysis, transport economics, integrated transport planning and land use, and infrastructure project impact assessments.
Yadi helps gauge the overall value of clients’ proposed plans, allowing them to make the best decisions for their communities. She provides insightful analysis to aid decision making and helps her clients tackle their unique challenges, no matter the sector or industry.
Having published several internationally reviewed papers on land value appreciation enabled by transport infrastructure, Yadi is at the forefront of her field. She stays ahead of local and global trends while influencing the direction of national and international guidance on benefit-cost analysis.
