Jeremy specialises in the inspection, design, construction and maintenance of bridges and other civil structures, providing technical leadership, peer review, expert technical advice, and ensuring technical quality. It's fundamental that these civil structures—like bridges—function well and are maintained correctly, and he makes certain of that, to improve route performance and safety in communities.
Building collaborative, long-lasting relationships with his clients mirrors Jeremy’s passion for structural engineering. For more than 30 years he’s fine-tuned his skills in developing novel and cost-effective, whole-of-life solutions for projects, no matter how large or small. A recent project was the detailed design of State Highway 58's safety improvements. This involved widening waterway bridges built in the 1930s, which presented specific technical challenges and the constraint of maintaining an active highway.
When he’s not working on building bridges and client relationships, Jeremy keeps busy on his farm where there’s never a shortage of jobs to be done.
