Jack’s legacy is etched into the interconnected highways that wind across the Golden State. A seasoned highway engineer, he has spent more than three decades navigating the twists and turns of infrastructure projects.
As the highway design manager for California High-Speed Rail’s Merced to Madera section, Jack is developing the design of the modifications to state highways which are required to construct the high-speed rail project. He’s also responsible for coordinating with and obtaining approval from Caltrans—something he’s intimately familiar with as a veteran of the agency. His tenure at Caltrans endowed him with a deep understanding of the state's transportation ecosystem, making him an invaluable asset in infrastructure endeavors.
