As a specialist electrical engineer in control, automation, and telemetry systems, as well as applied instrumentation for industrial processes, Pierre has worked with a substantial number of major clients in Quebec and internationally. He applies his vision and expertise to developing and revising technical provisions exclusive to various technical specifications, among others, during the implementation of single measurement and protection systems, or for supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.
Pierre particularly enjoys mandates calling for technical assistance, from equipment maintenance studies through design and enhancement. One of his key achievements was the work done on automating the La Pinière water purification plant in Laval, which serves more than 280,000 people.
Fascinated by new challenges in the energy, rail transit, and water treatment fields, Pierre is involved in creating new, practical, and innovative solutions that enable his customers to better manage and control their infrastructures and facilities in real time.
Pierre remains on the lookout for the most recent technological developments specific to his discipline. He is especially interested in those which are intended to prevent security issues related to the implementation of new, fixed control equipment, software, and interfaces.
