Focused on providing municipalities the best solutions and teams to respond to their challenges, Vince has worked for and with municipalities for over 30 years. Today, he leads a practice of planners, designers, and engineers to serve rural towns, suburban communities, and cities across the United States.
Through his own previous experiences as a city engineer, Vince brings an acute understanding to the challenges municipalities face in the management of critical infrastructure. He’s led the design, planning, and implementation of local streets and utility infrastructure, storm water hydraulics, hydrology, and all types of city infrastructure projects. Much of his project work has been done under on-call contracts with long-standing clients. Vince prides himself on his commitment to building trusted relationships through his work and through mentoring emerging professionals.
In his free time, Vince enjoys serving the community as a high school basketball official and managing his 600 acres (243 hectares) of farmland and the local crop farms.
