Andre’s experience stretches across the US West Coast and includes major water and wastewater infrastructure programs. He’s also worked on environmental remediation, dam, and transportation projects. Currently, he acts as the program manager for the Willamette Water Supply Program.
Focusing on program and construction management, Andre collaborates with clients of all sizes to deliver projects from planning through final construction. His expertise includes claims management and change order negotiation, construction quality management, and biddability and constructability reviews.
When he isn’t helping with water and wastewater infrastructure programs, Andre enjoys golf, travel, and renovating his 1906 home in Portland, Oregon.
