As a director of our Residential Design team in Bristol, Jacques has over 20 years of experience covering urban design and placemaking, building design, and delivery of schemes for a wide range of clients across the United Kingdom. While he enjoys working on placemaking and community development, he also has a keen eye for detail and loves to explore construction techniques and the use of different materials.
Jacques has been responsible for the design of a wide variety of projects, ranging from small to large scale residential schemes and office developments to care and ExtraCare developments and retirement schemes. He currently focuses on large residential developments, including Treledan, a new mixed-use neighborhood on the edge of Saltash in Cornwall.
When Jacques isn’t working on a new community project or visiting a site, he enjoys walking with his wife, gardening, cooking, listening to a wide range of music, or riding his vintage Vespa smallframe scooter. In the evenings, you can usually find him relaxing with a good book.
