With 20 years of experience, Josh specializes in computer-aided design (CAD) for residential, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, and public works projects. His enthusiasm for improving communities took root during childhood hikes that inspired a teenage Josh to volunteer his time for trail maintenance—giving him an appreciation for drainage engineering. As a result, he took CAD classes in high school to jumpstart turning his calling into a career.
Using his ability to understand both old-school and new-school approaches, Josh develops hybrid solutions using the best of both worlds. He believes quality deliverables come from understanding the client’s goal for a project and the community. And he stays savvy about pioneering design technology to bring these goals to life.
Josh takes pride in driving around Austin and knowing he has helped to shape its landscape. Still a nature enthusiast at heart, he spends his weekends on the water fishing and kayaking.
