For more than 20 years, Hilary has successfully coordinated, designed, and delivered projects including dredging, flood gate structures, braced floodwalls, earthen levees, and wetland mitigation and restoration across south Louisiana.
As an independent technical reviewer for the Mid-Breton Sediment Diversion project, Hilary is providing technical reviews of the dredging requirements and marsh nourishment areas. One of the largest projects undertaken by the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority to restore Louisiana’s coast, this project will strategically reintroduce sediment and freshwater inputs into the Breton Sound Basin.
In a previous role as St. Mary Levee District’s executive director, Hilary gained experience in a leadership role managing flood protection systems along with the understanding how to effectively utilize government programs to assist in flood protection missions. He brings tremendous value by contributing both consultant and owner perspectives.
