Mackenzie is an accomplished architect with a rich educational background from the University of Manitoba, holding advanced undergraduate degrees in psychology/sociology and environmental design and a master's in architecture. Throughout her education, Mackenzie was inspired by the logistics of design development and the functionality of spaces. These interests have persisted throughout her professional endeavors as she gains experience working on commercial, institutional, and residential projects.
In addition to being a valuable member of our Manitoba architecture team, Mackenzie is involved with various employee resource groups (ERGs). She serves as the regional lead for the Prairies and Territories Developing Professionals Group (DPG), a member of the local social committee, and the Manitoba office leader.
In her free time, Mackenzie is involved in the Winnipeg community through her volunteer work and as a board member of Thrive Community Support Circle and Young Construction Leaders of Manitoba, all while pursuing master’s in business administration at the University of Manitoba. She also enjoys traveling with her husband and partaking in performances by the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra.
