Richard knows what it’s like to be both a client and a consultant. That knowledge helps him lead major bridge and highway projects requiring a solution that is not only technically sound and cost effective, but also sensitive to the interests of the local community and the features of the site.
Some of Richards project highlights are acting as the aesthetics and enhancements manager for the Ohio River Bridges Downtown Crossing Design-Build Segment in Louisville, Kentucky, and the project manager for an award-winning historic River Road Bridge widening in Prospect, Kentucky.
