One of the very few female operations directors in the Italian design and engineering sector, Emanuela joined Stantec, in 1997 immediately after her MSc graduation in Geology. She has then been holding positions of increasing importance and became the Operations Director of Stantec Italy in 2016.
A strong believer of power sharing as a value at the heart of work success, she thinks this leadership attitude helps to convey seniors’ experience to younger generations and is, above all, a precious resource to continuously address the new challenges that we face in life, both professionally and privately.
With over 20 years of experience, Emanuela has contributed to the major projects carried out by the Italian Operations and has worked for a number of key national and multinational clients, from Pirelli to Eni, from Exxon Mobil to General Electric and to the main US government agencies.
