Bill leads construction services in Florida and has managed many high-profile bridge and roadway projects during his 25-year career. While his transportation and construction experience are comprehensive and diverse, his service-oriented leadership style helps ensure successful projects and a high degree of satisfaction for the client and end user.
Bill’s skills and commitment to the community were put to the test during an emergency repair of two bridges in South Florida when a structural crack was discovered. The damage mandated the bridges immediately close, and he was an instrumental part of the emergency response and repair effort where FDOT utilized the Construction Manager General Contractor (CMGC) contract delivery method for the first time. When the bridges reopened, the team received high praise for the rapid completion with no outstanding issues or claims and no incidents or injuries to the traveling public or workforce.
When not working on construction projects, Bill enjoys running, mountain biking, and spending time with his wife, Alexis, and sons, Cooper and Maguire.
