Neil is a senior water resources engineer specializing in strategic decision making through facilitation, data analysis and visualization, and modeling. He’s held key roles in the completion of complex, long-term water supply plans for water utilities throughout Colorado and the Western United States and has supported planning efforts globally.
Working with our team in Denver, Neil knows how to incorporate important planning drivers like climate change, population change, environmental effects, and infrastructure risks into planning processes of all levels of complexity. He easily navigates the worlds of water supply planning and understands, enjoys, and appreciates the technical details involved in developing a plan that will ensure a reliable water supply. Neil is an excellent verbal and written communicator, distilling complex information into a level of detail appropriate for any audience.
Outside of work, Neil enjoy the activities Colorado has to offer—especially skiing in the winter and hiking and camping in the summer. He also loves just about anything social and can turn almost any activity into a social outing.
