Having undertaken a Masters in Acoustics, Meisha has redirected her 10+ years of industry experience in live audio and studio sound towards building acoustics and design. She plays a vital role in developing building acoustics across a range of sectors, with a strong focus on innovative learning settings, hospitals and performance spaces.
Meisha’s research into psychoacoustics means she understands the human factors relating to the perception of noise annoyance, which translates into defining the best sound solutions for her clients. With this expertise, Meisha minimises noise related disruptions and complaints to create peaceful and exceptionally functional environments for building occupants.
Outside of her technical role, Meisha is heavily involved in advocacy work for gender inclusion and diversity in the construction industry.
