Brad joined Stantec as an engineer in training. After a decade of pursuing his interests of engineering great communities and great project teams, he took the position of instrumentation and controls engineering manager.
Every step in Brad’s career gave him deeper insight into people, projects, and the business community. These experiences help Brad tackle project challenges with a straight-forward approach. He understands how to adapt to the client’s needs and their expectations. This same approach gives him a leg up when managing his team of engineers and designers.
Understanding his team as both professionals and people helps Brad modify his inputs to get the desired outputs.
Outside of work, if he’s not attending his daughter’s dance recitals, coaching his son’s hockey team, or enjoying the great outdoors with the family, you’ll find Brad with either a guitar or a fishing rod in hand.
