Nicole is a process engineer working in all phases of water, wastewater, biosolids, and bioenergy projects. She supports bench and pilot scale research focused on evaluating the viability of new and emerging technologies. She is also experienced in master planning and conducting business case evaluations, particularly life-cycle cost comparisons and triple bottom line analyses.
In her position, Nicole enjoys the challenge of analyzing data and alternatives to piece together a road map of solutions for the next ten to twenty years. She knows hands-on operation of pilot systems gives you invaluable insight for designing processes at the full-scale and understands the importance of considering economic, social, and environmental factors when selecting the best treatment strategy.
During her free time, Nicole works with a youth group and encourages them to pursue their skills and interests after high school. She also enjoys hiking and traveling with her husband and their son.
