Manoj is a practicing geoenvironmental engineer with over 29 years of experience in the planning, design, and engineering of municipal, industrial, and oilfield waste management facilities. He believes in providing engineering design solutions that are simple but meet desired outcomes in terms of environmental protection and compliance. His focus? Creating efficient facilities that reduce cost burdens.
He’s worked through all stages of site selection, site investigation, regulatory approvals, design, construction, closure, and reclamation of waste management facilities. Specifically, his expertise includes the design of landfills (including lateral and vertical expansions), such as with the Suncor Landfill Vertical Expansion project or the City of Yorkton’s regional facility expansion.
Calling on his significant research background, Manoj has assisted clients with technology assessments and feasibility studies, and he’s well-versed in both federal and provincial acts, regulations, government policies, and permitting processes. Outside of work, he enjoys driving long distances with his wife for vacations and reading about astronomy and predictive astrology.
