Yosef is a consultant and researcher with nearly 15 years of experience at the intersection of economics, natural sciences, and the built environment. When tackling highly interdisciplinary projects, he leverages his knowledge of economics and decision science to perform complex analyses through appropriately innovative approaches.
In his current role, Yosef is responsible for estimating and defending economic damages in complex mediation cases, assessing socioeconomic impacts from large capital undertakings, and conducting and critiquing diverse benefit-cost analyses in the fields of transportation, ecosystem services and energy infrastructure. He has also authored numerous academic publications and delivered presentations relating to the economics of electric vehicles, carbon sequestration, virtual power plants, offshore wind, and cooling water intakes, among other topics.
In his free time, Yosef is passionate about his two dogs, participating in the Savannah community, cooking new dishes, and brushing up on ancient history.
