Thanks to Ayesha’s more than 10 years’ experience in “wet” infrastructure, the communities she serves have better air quality, safer water supplies and are more sustainable. Her diverse experience and skills in environmental engineering, and as a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager, include air quality management and odor control, wastewater treatment process design, and carbon management.
Within the work environment, she is a strong team player and leader who focusses on continual development, acquiring new skills, connecting with people, and mentoring. In fact, mentoring is a favorite aspect of her job. She values the role of mentor and finds personal growth in helping guide young professionals in developing their own careers.
Outside of work, Ayesha has an active and rewarding lifestyle. She keeps fit with sports such as badminton and running. She treasures time spent with her family and friends, and pursues a passion for nature and wildlife photography, especially if it involves a chance to travel.
